EN11612 Heat & Flame (EN531)
Our fire retardant range is designed to minimise the effects of fire and extreme heat on individuals working in those environments. Flame retardants work by either disrupting the combustion stage of a fire, by insulating the fuel from the fire (charring it) or by diluting the flammable gases which are available. Bromine, phosphorous, nitrogen and chlorine are all commonly used retardants. When a fire starts, time becomes very limited and any products which delay the spread of that fire could potentially save lives. Shop EN11612 heat & flame (EN531) protection.
