Returns & Exchange Policy


We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Granite Workwear, we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. A delivery note with your order details will be dispatched with your parcel, and you can find your invoice under the ‘Order History’ section on your account.

If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided it is no longer required, please do this within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned to us in exactly the same condition as received by yourself, this includes all product packaging and garment labels still attached. If your order is returned back to us in a condition that is unsuitable for re-sale, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange and we will contact you to make further arrangements.

Customers should arrange their own return carriage. In some cases, we are able to arrange a collection - the cost of this (usually £15) will be deducted from your refund.

If your order is returned to us due to the parcel being refused by you, or not collected from a parcel shop, you may be automatically refunded for the cost of the items. However, we are unable to refund the initial postage costs and may also deduct a return fee of £6.00.

Exchanging Your Order

Please post back to the return address below, a copy of the delivery note/invoice should be put inside the parcel with a short message stating your exchange request. Please note – we can only exchange an item once, for the same product in a different size or colour, providing that the stock is available. If the stock isn’t available, we will refund you for the returned items.

Sometimes a larger size carries a higher purchase price – (3XL may be cheaper than a 4XL etc) so do check if there is more to pay - or less! You can send us an email to arrange the additional payment or refund.

Exchanges are sent back out to customers free of charge in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders outside of the UK due to the postage costs, please contact us via email if you would like to discuss this with us further.

Please bear in mind that all exchanges are dealt with within 7 working days, and some items may need to be ordered in before we can post back out to you. If you need your item sooner, we recommend placing a new order for the required item online and returning the unwanted item for a refund.

Returning Your Order for a Refund

Please post back to the return address below, a copy of the delivery note/invoice should be put inside the parcel with the returned item highlighted. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, we will refund the entire sales price excluding the delivery charges, all within 7 working days of receipt.

Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.


All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months unless otherwise stated from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us via email: [email protected] or by phone 0115 9640111. To be able to deal with the issue in the best possible way, we will need to see some pictures of the fault before we can proceed with a replacement/refund.

Distance Selling Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the or website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel any item, you can e-mail, telephone, or write to us quoting your order reference number. You must take reasonable care of the items, and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. Items may be returned to Granite Workwear at the above shown address. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed couriers direct costs from the refund given.

Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition, and with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.
