We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase made from Granite Workwear. If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and garment labels still attached. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, personalised, embroidered, printed, or otherwise altered.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a collection service, with the cost deducted from your refund.
If an order is refused by the customer or not collected from a parcel shop or courier collection point, we may refund the value of the items only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a return handling fee may also be deducted from the refund amount.
To request an exchange or refund, please include a copy of your delivery note or invoice inside the parcel along with a short message explaining the return or exchange request.
We can exchange an item once only for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Exchanges within the UK are sent back out free of charge.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving their goods for a full refund. Personalised, customised, embroidered, or made-to-order items are excluded from cancellation rights unless faulty.
For orders shipped outside of the UK, including the USA, customers may return unused items within 30 days of receiving their order.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for all international returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that original shipping charges, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are non-refundable.
If an international order is refused or not collected from the courier, any return shipping costs, customs charges, import fees, or handling charges incurred may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for orders shipped outside of the UK due to international shipping and customs processes. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
