Highways
Statistically, working on the highway is a very dangerous job, motorists are notorious for speeding through construction zones and if they are not paying enough heed to the road then accidents are likely. When working on highways it is important to always wear high vis, particularly in foggy, low light conditions. The purpose of this is so that motorists can see you from a further distance away and react accordingly, this is due to the retro reflective strips on high vis garments.
