The JSP PowerCap Infinity

The PowerCap Infinity is the very latest in PAPR technology from JSP, combining 4 kinds of protection into one device. A powered TH3 air purifying respirator with the addition of head, eye and face protection. 

This great helmet provides respiratory protection from dust fumes and spores, while the tough visor and helmet provide impact protection for the head, face and eyes. Don’t forget you can add the JSP ear defenders to make this helmet all round protection!

The filters provided are high efficiency particulate types They will filter most particulate matter such as dust, spores, mist and fumes. This offers protection against non-toxic fibres, fumes and dusts. They will not filter gases, vapours or toxic substances. The Powercap will deliver a minimum 160L/min of filtered air to the user for upwards of 8 hours through a fresh pair of filters and freshly re-charged battery.

This PowerCap Infinity helmet is designed for use in areas where respiratory protection from dust, spores, mist and fumes, head protection from falling objects and eye/face protection from high-speed particles is required. It would be ideal for quarries, laying rail ballast, agriculture, demolition, concrete, metallic dust, mining, chemical spraying, pressure washing/blasting etc & etc. Ideal for use in circumstances where a belt-worn powered device and hose would be too restrictive.

This product complies with:

EN397: ANSI Z89.1: CSA Z94.1: GB2811 Head protection.

EN12941 (TH3P R SL device) with a nominal protection factor of 500 and a UK APF of 40. This is the highest possible rating to the EN12941:1998+A2:2008 standard. 

EN166 Grade B (Protection from high-speed particles).
