A robust expanded polypropylene liner provides all round impact protection. The shell and EPP liner are vented to increase comfort.

The helmet designed to work on the ground and at height:

DUALSWITCH™ chinstrap harness system, making it easy to change between working at ground level and working at height safety standards. The faceshield offers A-rated impact protection - tested with 6mm steel ball bearing at speeds of up to 425mph (685kph).

The chinstrap release force of EN12492 is greater than 500 Newtons. This limits the risk of losing the helmet during a fall. Switch down conforms to EN12492 & ANSI / ISEA Z89.1

The chinstrap release force of EN397 is between 150 and 250 Newtons. This limits the risk of choking, the chinstrap has been designed to release if snagged. Switch up conforms to EN397, EN50365 & ANSI / ISEAZ89.1

Designed to maximise facial coverage.

The faceshield is easy to retract and deploy. It pivots smoothly, allowing the wearer to adjust it’s position and maximise the coverage and protection.

Optical Class 1 - High optical quality with no optical distortion.

K Rated - Anti-Scratch resistance to surface damage from fine particles.

N Rated - Anti-Mist resistance to fogging.

UV Protection - 2: UV filter (EN170) provides protection from harmful UV. UV 2C-1.2 2: UV filter (EN170) provides protection from harmful UV. C: Unimpaired colour perception. 1.2: High light transmission.

Molten Metal Tested - No penetration to helmet shell. Shell deformation must remain under < 10mm.

Lateral Deformation Tested - Additional EN397 test.

-40°C Tested - The helmet is pretreated in a cold chamber at -40°C for up to 24 hours. The Helmet withstands EN397 tests.

Universal attachment slots for ear defenders. Integrated eyewear, lamp brackets, ID card holders can be fitted.
