Fabric 58% Protex, 38% Cotton, 6% Elasthane, 195gsm fabric weight.

We have blended the Protex fibre with cotton to combine flame protection and comfort for all day wearing. Protex is an inherent fibre which means the garment will not loose any of it’s FR properties after repeated laundering. The next to skin layer is extremely important and is a must for anyone who could be exposed to flame or extreme heat. Protex has excellent charring characteristics to ensure no potential dangerous molten droplets are produced to damage the skin beneath. Xcelcius FR garments are not chemically treated which protects the skin and reduces the possibility of skin irritations.

Xcelcius FR inherent garments last longer than treated garments and only need to be replaced when damaged. The FR properties last the life time of the garment.
